We’re looking for a Performance Creative to create high-performing ad creatives that blend compelling storytelling, strong visual execution, and data-driven insights to drive profitable growth across our brands.
What you’ll do
- Create top-performing video and image ads for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), blending compelling narratives with data-driven strategies to boost clicks, conversions, and engagement.
- Edit videos with actors, user-generated content, or product highlights, turning raw material into captivating creative assets.
- Craft visually impactful static designs in Photoshop that reflect brand identity and align with performance insights.
- Work closely with UGC creators by preparing briefs, overseeing deliverables, and managing creative materials.
- Review key ad metrics (CPC, CTR, Thumbstop Rate, etc.) and refine creatives using data-driven insights.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify new creative opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
What we expect

- Excellent communication abilities in both English and Lithuanian.
- Take initiative and responsibility throughout the creative process—from concept creation to final delivery.
- Skilled at collaborating with growth teams and working across performance and marketing functions.
- Confident in leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to enhance scripting, brainstorming, and creative production.
- Experience with motion or graphic design through software like Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, or eagerness to develop these skills.
- Experience in direct-response advertising or performance-focused e-commerce.
- Understanding of essential performance metrics and their role in shaping creative strategy.
- Practical use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT-4o, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, etc.

- Gross salary: €1400 - 3000 per month - based on your previous experience, we can be flexible
